For the 2012 model year Porsche offered the 997.2 (2009-2012), and a very slightly bigger and more modern 991.1. This 911 received 4 new tires 1,500 miles ago; the front brakes are at 70% remaining life, and new rear brakes were just installed. This car needs nothing. The car is stored in our warehouse in Lockeford near Lodi, CA - central to the Bay Area, Sacramento, and the Central Valley. Flaws: the upholder compartment above the glove box would not close; the entire unit was replaced a day after the photo session (see photo at end). The wheels have very minor curb rash (we have used a body shop in the Bay Area for 19 years that makes them like-new for half of normal retail). Some of the wheel lug nuts have started to corrode.
